So today, William and I went grocery shopping. Got a TON of fruits and veggies. I got frozen lunches to have for lunch, since they already have the Weight Watchers points on them (couldn't get any easier) and then got a few things for dinners. Also bought some of the weight watchers ice cream bars, for those nights when I want something.
Got home and I'm baking my breakfast muffins as I type this. They're going to be so delicious! And ONLY 1 point each! SCORE huge there.
While I was getting them made up, I asked William to baggie up my carrots and snap peas for the week so I just have to grab and go. Hoping this "pre-planning" thing will help me out in the mornings.
I've pretty much decided, although never though until just NOW to look up the points. But I've decided what I'm going to do for breakfast everyday. Since I wake up so early, I'm going to have kind of 2 breakfasts. After I get ready in the morning, before I leave, I'm going to have a grapefruit and a peice of toast. Then at like 8-9 when I'm at work I'll have one of my breakfast muffins and a banana. Hopefully this will work out for me. Doing 2 breakfasts because I always get so hungry between when I eat in the morning and lunch. I wake up at 4 and don't get lunch until 11, so thats a longs ways to wait to eat anything.
I'll update tomorrow on how my first day goes :) positive thinking
