day #1

So, first day good so far. I always forget how much I LOVE grapefruit! and its zero points so thats awesome. By the time I was off work I had ate all the veggies and fruits and drank all my water I needed to. Just had to pee alot!! That sucked.

I have 42 points a day which seems like so much. Even today, after dinner I still have 7 points left. But I got pretty close.

I made beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Didn't turn out exactly how it was supposed to, I didn't have enough cornstarch to thicken it up, so it was a little soupy but it was still awesome.

I had a cookies and cream weight watchers ice cream bar when I got home. It was acutally VERY good. Glad I bought them.
