oopsy
so i haven't been updating this, mainly because i just post the same thing everyday haha. i've lost 2 pounds so far, and i weigh in tomorrow :)
tonight i made the BEST blt i have ever had!! so amazing.
so i'll update this tomorrow about how much i lose :)

tuesday tuesday
so i noticed today, that i was a little hungrier than usually before lunch time. but i just drank some water and waited haha. no other choice really. and i am also getting a little sick of carrots and snap peas.
for dinner i made an AWESOME recipe from weight watchers and it was soooo damn good! i had mom over for dinner too, and she liked it. so we will see if William likes it after he gets home. it was super easy to make too!
tomorrow my work is closed, so tonight i'm going to make a crockpot oatmeal and have it for breakfast :) i'm pretty excited about it. and tomorrow while i'm bored and stuck inside cuz of the snow (i don't wanna freeze) i'm going to make chocolate chip cookies that are 1 point each.

snow
so back to monday. kinda nice to be back to the normal. so much easier to eat during the week than the weekend.
me and will went grocery shopping today, so we are good if we get snowed in haha.
i printed off like 5 recipes from weight watchers today, for dinners. they sound sooo good! soo i'll have to let you know how they turn out during the week. i'm pretty excited to try them.
as for now...i'm hoping for more SNOW!!

first night out
sooo for lunch yesterday me and william went and had PHO, which i love. and for dinner we were going to go to a restraunt in the casino but we decided to eat at a little cafe place there and i had teriyaki chicken. i didn't eat all the rice..maybe half and i stopped eating when i was full! usually i'd just eat the whole thing, so that was pretty awesome.

first weekend
so i know i forgot to write on here lastnight...whoopsy!
so today me and will are going to EQC to see a comedy show, and we are staying the night down there. So this will be my first night eating OUT! i'm kind of nervous but i hope i do good.
will asked me today if i would be mad that he ate some potatoe salad and i said no and then i was like why do you keep asking me if i'll be mad if you eat stuff and he told me because i'm doing so good eating better now and he isn't and he feels bad. so we will see what happens tonight. hopefully we both eat at least half way decent. i'm really hoping i can stick to it :) i'm not sure where there even is to eat down there. maybe the casino will have a little place.
i probably won't post anything tonight. so i'll update everyone tomorrow on what happened at dinner tonight.

day #3
Well, today was pretty much the same. This morning I weighed in....lost 1.6 since Tuesday! well Since last thursday actually. So exciting!! Had taco's again for dinner, because I don't want the lettuce to go bad, so just made it again :) they're so good anyways. I'm done eating for today, and I'm 7 points away from what I should eat. Haven't been able to eat all the points yet. But I'm not really hungry. So I guess thats good.
Well, Walter is going nuts, and wants to play. So I'm off to go play with him

day #2
So, today went good. Not much different than yesterday. I made taco's for dinner. Used corn tortillas rather than flour. They were delcious. 2 of the tacos was 8 points. And that filled me up.
I finished with my water and fruits and veggies by the time I left work again. Which is good, because I always forget to drink water after I get home.
Think I'll try my weight watchers dark chocolate raspberry ice cream bar tonight :) sounds so awesome to me

day #1
So, first day good so far. I always forget how much I LOVE grapefruit! and its zero points so thats awesome. By the time I was off work I had ate all the veggies and fruits and drank all my water I needed to. Just had to pee alot!! That sucked.
I have 42 points a day which seems like so much. Even today, after dinner I still have 7 points left. But I got pretty close.
I made beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner. Didn't turn out exactly how it was supposed to, I didn't have enough cornstarch to thicken it up, so it was a little soupy but it was still awesome.
I had a cookies and cream weight watchers ice cream bar when I got home. It was acutally VERY good. Glad I bought them.

pre-planning
So today, William and I went grocery shopping. Got a TON of fruits and veggies. I got frozen lunches to have for lunch, since they already have the Weight Watchers points on them (couldn't get any easier) and then got a few things for dinners. Also bought some of the weight watchers ice cream bars, for those nights when I want something.
Got home and I'm baking my breakfast muffins as I type this. They're going to be so delicious! And ONLY 1 point each! SCORE huge there.
While I was getting them made up, I asked William to baggie up my carrots and snap peas for the week so I just have to grab and go. Hoping this "pre-planning" thing will help me out in the mornings.
I've pretty much decided, although never though until just NOW to look up the points. But I've decided what I'm going to do for breakfast everyday. Since I wake up so early, I'm going to have kind of 2 breakfasts. After I get ready in the morning, before I leave, I'm going to have a grapefruit and a peice of toast. Then at like 8-9 when I'm at work I'll have one of my breakfast muffins and a banana. Hopefully this will work out for me. Doing 2 breakfasts because I always get so hungry between when I eat in the morning and lunch. I wake up at 4 and don't get lunch until 11, so thats a longs ways to wait to eat anything.
I'll update tomorrow on how my first day goes :) positive thinking
